Common questions
How do I sign in?
Go to portal.refwhistle.app and sign in with the email address your association invited, and the password you chose when you activated your account.
I haven't received my invitation
Your invitation is emailed when your association adds you to RefWhistle. Check your junk or spam folder first, then ask your association's administrator to send it again.
My setup link has expired or already been used
Setup links only work for a limited time and only once. Open the link anyway: the page lets you request a fresh setup link by entering your email address. Your administrator can also resend your invitation.
What does my password need?
Between 6 and 18 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character such as ! or ?.
I've forgotten my password
On the sign-in screen, choose Reset Password and enter the email you sign in with. If an account exists for that address, a recovery link is sent to it. You can request one link a minute.
It says my official profile wasn't found
Your login exists but your profile hasn't been set up in your association yet. Contact your association's administrator so they can finish adding you.
I was signed out without warning
For security, some accounts are signed out after a set amount of time. Sign in again to continue.
I belong to more than one organisation
After you sign in, RefWhistle asks you to choose a workspace. Pick the organisation you want to work in; you can switch later from your profile menu with Switch Organisation.
Can I install RefWhistle on my phone?
Yes. On iPhone, open portal.refwhistle.app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen from the menu. It keeps itself up to date.
